This is becoming a go-to when my gluten sensitive family comes in to town! The gluten free bread is great, they even made a wrap on gluten free bread. Depending on the day, they also have gluten free pastry options I appreciate that they have two options for gluten bread- for 'preference' (my family member has an insensitivity, they wish it just was a preference) or for an allergy. That way, the kitchen does not have to shut everything down to make a piece of gluten free bread- they said they still try and be careful, just not as careful as if it were for an allergy. I can't speak to how safe they are for an allergy, but it seems that they take it very seriously, and all the staff we have encountered is knowledgeable and helpful.

Many options for cookies but I enjoyed the avocado toast.
I ordered the avocado toast on gluten-free bread. They have a separate, dedicated toaster just for the gluten-free bread. Besides avocado toast, a salad would’ve been an GF option. However, they need to clean the entire cook line in order to do that and it would’ve been about a 30 minute wait. I actually didn’t want to inconvenience the staff that much. I ordered a chai latte which the employee initially thought was gluten-free. He came back out and talked to me because he checked the packaging and although all the ingredients were listed and none had gluten, it wasn’t labeled or certified gluten-free. So I opted to just get a coffee with cream. I thought it was nice of him to come out and talk to me about that before he served it to me. Avocado toast was fresh and tasty. Nothing over the top in terms of taste, pretty basic, but good. It was just nice to have something I could eat!

I went in a month ago and all their gluten free salad and dessert options were co-mingled in the same case as their standard options, and not covered. Nothing there had been prevented from cross contamination. I asked staff my options, and they said just what was in the case. I did not stay to order after seeing that.

Because zero is not an option. Just opened this up and read AnnaB's review from 8/21/16*. I certainly don't have the emotional energy to deal with all that. Short story ordered my sandwich on gf bread. I believe there was an extra charge, was not given the receipt. Anyway sadly I was very hungry & didn't realize until half way through my sandwich that this bread was not Gluten Free. They have accommodated me in the past and the gf bread is so so. Suffering symptoms since. Will never trust them for GF again because I just can't. *think I have the name & date right don't want to go back and have to rewrite.

I use to love going to this coffee house, but the past THREE times I have been there they have made my sandwich with regular bread and not gluten free. Each time I order I make sure I clarify multiple times that my sandwich needs to be on gluten free bread and made at the separate station due to celiac. This past time I went there once again my sandwich came out on regular bread. I talked to the owner and explained that the past three times I have ordered my sandwich with gluten free bread it was prepared with regular bread. She proceeded to say that some customers make it complicated and confusing due to preference. I stated that I was celiac, and told the worker taking my order every time. She proceeded to laugh and brush it off of her shoulder, she said that the "GF bread" is too small to read on the ticket. I have seen the printed tickets, and it is very boldly stated it needs to be made on gluten free bread. She was very careless, THE OWNER. At this point I was almost in tears due to how inconsiderate she was. I explained to her that preference or not, the cook needs to be more careful, throughly read the ticket and not make a personal decision to change an order. I then found out she was the one who made my sandwich. This mistake has not only happened once, but three times. I no longer feel safe eating here. Also, the second time this happened it was the worker who decided it was not important enough to write on the ticket. Very disappointed, I would not recommend.

Their menu is misleading. Some things can't be made gluten free even though the menu says it can. Example: stuffed French toast. Disappointed.

Always good food! Employees are careful with cross contamination. When ordering GF food they ask how sensitive you are to gluten.
Great options and the staff makes sure to take extra caution with GF orders.

Nice wraps and a couple of treats like GF rice krispie treats. We go every time we're in town. Never disappoints!
