Amazing! The majority of the menu is marked gluten free. I called ahead and they said that if you tell them celiac they can cook any fried items in a dedicated fryer. When I told the waiter I had celiac and needed the dedicated fryer they had someone come out from the kitchen who then asked me if I can have cross contamination or not. I told them no and had no reaction! Ate chips and queso, quesabirria, and flautas which I’ve never had since celiac!
