The menu has gluten free ramen options and most dishes can be served gluten free. However, I would double check with your waiter on specific options because while they offer GF ramen, some protein options are marinated in soy sauce. The waiter was very attentive and double checked everything with the chef. A few extra questions is worth the peace of mind!
