Kaya Sushi & Noodle House

Awesome local sushi and noodle house! I got a very delicious sushi roll and the waiter was knowledgeable about which components and dishes had gluten (even recognizing imitation crab often has gluten and wasn't safe). Had gluten free soy sauce available and was able to adjust my order to be gluten-free. Unsure if there is a dedicated space for prep but they did seem to take care in my order and I didn't react.
