Review of KB Food

I'm newly diagnosed celiac, was excited to eat out for the first time in 5 months. I got the chicken breast with fresh veg and it was soo delicious. I have a dairy sensitivity and can tell right away if there was dairy in my food; not so for gluten. But I called ahead and both the waiter on the phone and server assured me that they are quite able to work around gluten and dairy sensitivities. Got a free vegan avocado chocolate pudding for dessert as it was my birthday. Small place but decent atmosphere, wait time was too long though.
