Review of KC Kitchen & Pizzeria

Gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options. They use a tapioca based daiya cheese, that is way better than the soy options (in my opinion). It melts well and tastes great. Diary free ranch and tomato sauce. Can substitute most breads for gluten free options. Staff that are celiac knowledgeable. I will visit again in the future. Had their gf df bread stick and taco pizza.
