Review of KC's Rib Shack

Great experience! All the sauces are gluten free! Major bonus!! Server made sure that the gluten allergy was known to the kitchen - made note that the kitchen will change their gloves when preparing the order. Ordered the pulled pork platter which came with 2 sides. No bread under the meat (usually comes that way) and cornbread on a completely separate plate. Highly recommended!
