Specified that I had a gluten allergy when making a reservation and they were able to accommodate me. Even served gluten-free bread with my meal. Just be aware that it’s rather pricey, and you have to put a credit card down to make a reservation that they will charge if you don’t show up.

Delicious (somewhat expensive) seafood restaurant. Good understanding of gf/coeliac and CC. Separate gf bread to have as starter and/or with meal. Helpful, friendly staff.

The kitchen was willing to wash the pans and utensils before serving and ensure the ingredients were gluten free. They also provided warm GF bread, which was a great bonus.

Although no dedicated kitchen space, the staff is extremely cautious with Celiac (gluten-free) preparations. You can even tour the kitchen. They are eco-friendly and always evolving their menu. The food portions are fair, but slightly pricey for what you get. Otherwise, the food is very good. The staff is very friendly too. I had no negative reaction and would return.
