The owner Ian has coeliac disease and is extra careful regarding cross contamination. His knowledge of coeliac disease and a gluten free diet is incredible and he readily passes his knowledge to the customers. The food he sells is the nicest I’ve tasted and I’m not coeliac, my partner is. She has never had a gluten attack after eating food from Keelings
