Very good food. It was fast. Lots of gluten free options and they knew what they were talking about. Limited parking.

They had a lot of GF options for both food and drinks. I got the organic burger on a bed of lettuce (they do have GF bread, buns and wraps too) which came with really good sweet potato wedges.

tons of GF options available but be sure to tell them you have celiac disease so they don't prepare the foods on a shared surface i.e. cooling eggs in a separate pan instead of the griddle.

Wonderful restaurant, with many GF and allergen-friendly offerings--almost everything on their menu is GF or can be made GF. Great choices for my ten year old as well. Lots of natural and locally sourced ingredients as well.

I had the turkey club. It was decent. The gluten free bread was toasted too much so the bread was hard. The food was okay and the sandwiches were pricey. Wouldn't go back.

Pleasantly surprised with the GF bread and wraps. Had a delicious turkey club wrap and the staff was very knowledgeable. Will definitely return!

Great location, fabulous drinks & juices. And the menu is great except the two times we have ordered take-away, the meals look like a mess when we open the boxes! Two egg sandwiches and a burger we have ordered seemed to be just throw in the boxes. But they have gluten free English muffins and wraps, and probably other GF breads so we'll still be visiting regularly.

The best gem in Newport! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, amazing grass fed beef, wild caught salmon, delicious smoothies, I could go on and on. Thanks!!

So many options! Dairy free options too. (Yay coconut milk and daiya!) They have a coffee bar and tons of smoothies, and their bread tastes good (and doesn't have dairy or soy in it). Try their tuna salad. Friendly staff and super hip atmosphere.
