Have eaten here a few times the food isn’t as good as it used to be and definitely not safe for someone with coeliac. I asked for gluten free and both main and dessert came out non gluten free. Steak sandwich came out in regular ciabatta. I informed them I’d need a different steak as it was cross contaminated. After asking that dessert was definitely gluten free it came out with a scoop of ice cream on a bed of crumbled biscuit which was touching everything. Staff were very nice but unfortunately hadn’t been informed about gluten free and I ended up being sick afterwards. I presume I was given the same steak just with different bread thrown on. I also think they toast the gluten free bread with the regular bread but I’m not sure.

Delicious gastro pub food, menu well labeled and staff very knowledgeable. Sauces were all gluten free so there was lots of options. I ate twice in two days and no reaction. The hot gluten free brownie was amazing!
