my favourite spot in manly for a healthy lunch - entire menu is gluten free, keto, sugar free and no seed oils! Such good quality food that is super filling, definitely recommend.

Totally GF. Also anti inflammatory and other allergies taken into consideration. Beautiful fresh ingredients. Breakfast or lunch. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

Food made with passion and high quality ingredients. Delicious and attention to detailed nutrition. How I would make it if I was less busy! Perfect grab and go dinners too. Nice to know someone is making food thats not full of hidden sugar or other nasties. I've only got one body it deserves to be looked after.

Unfortunately this establishment is not suitable for those with Celiac disease. I had a long conversation with the manager after noticing pepper shakers on the table which the disclaimer “may contain gluten”. He was not aware that products with this label are not suitable for those with Celiac disease. He confirmed that *multiple* ingredients had that label. I explained that he could not legally use the descriptor ‘gluten free’ if his products “may contain gluten”. I’m not sure he will change this but I did not eat any of the food (thankfully).

All dishes are gluten free and the food is yummy!!

Everything is gluten free at this cafe so no risk of cross contamination!! The curry chicken waffle burger sounds strange but it's yum - super tasty!Lots of gluten free desserts including lemon cake, custard tarts, biscotti and carrot cake
