Food was very good! Had the breakfast taco on corn tortilla shell. Staff was knowledgeable and made sure to take steps to prevent cross contamination. I will be coming back for sure.
The owner Tom, and the guy working the counter, are very knowledgeable about gluten and the gf items they have. They have separate cutting boards and a separate grill. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast sausage is made in house and gf. Corn tortilla can be subbed for flour on breakfast tacos. Potato wedges are made in the oven and are gf. I had the Chili Rojo, with a side salad and it was excellent! They also have vegetarian chili and other vegetarian options. Salad dressings are made in house and gf. My Mom had gf chicken tomatillo enchiladas with cabbage slaw. It also comes with black beans. Chicken breast can be a la cart with, beans, vegetables and potatoes all gf. I talked to the owner about needing a gf bun and I think he is planning to add one. Everything, or most everything is organic! I felt comfortable eating here needing to be gf.
