Very happy with this restaurant! I wasn’t aware that tobiko contained gluten. The waitress came back after I placed the order to let me know it wasn’t GF and the order was corrected

Best GF sushi experience ever!!! They are so careful, they have gluten free soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. They will make almost any roll gluten free!!! Such a good experience!

Very nice place. I would give them 5 stars but I wish they had a few more gluten free choices on their all you can eat sushi menu. Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, they always have gluten free soy sauce available. I have not had any gluten reaction after eating here.
Was so nice to have sushi again! Excellent tasting rolls. Beautiful presentation. Everything was delicious. Staff was very accommodating and understood allergies and cross-contamination. Can't wait to go back and bring my GF DF son! Did not get sick and I'm extremely sensitive. Highly recommend!

excellent knowledge and accommodation for celiac and other allergies. this is the ONLY sushi restaurant we go to. the staff are always going above and beyond to serve us and look out for my daughter who has celiac disease. cannot say enough about this establishment and all of the staff.

Another of my favorites! Their gf tempura was very good and their sushi was exceptional!
They have their own gluten free teriyaki, soy, and another specialty soy sauce for citrus type dishes. They also have gluten-free tempera. I never seen that offered anywhere. Yet, they do not use a dedicated fryer, so depending on your sensitivity this may be a deal killer. I did have a allergen card that I presented to them for wheat. That said to do what I normally say anyway, I, separate cutting board separate utensils separate area to prep. However the one thing that I cannot say enough good about was the good attitude of the wait staff in understanding, smiling, making me feel that an allergy was something that they could handle and they knew all about.
