Review of Kelly's Bake Shoppe

Came all the way out from Scarborough for work booked at a wedding event. It was tough on road finding a dedicated gluten free facility, as it always is living with celiac; for me, cooking and eating my own food at home is not only essential, but also the only safe option. Last minute I found this bakery, and as cheesy as it sounds, was a dream come true. The staff was incredibly kind, and to my disbelief, also serve tea, soft serve ice cream, and more. All gluten free, diary free, and more.

Most importantly, the cupcake I got (most popular - had a cookie on top of the cream forgot the name) was hands down the best cupcake I have ever had. The whipped cream alone was INCREDIBLE. I had to savour it, taking each bite slowly to mindfully notice the texture, etc.

Long story short, I never made a review on this app, until now. Nor have I ever made a foot review for that matter. That should speak for itself.
