Menu doesn’t list anything as gluten free but the waiter knew what would be. The avocado and cucumber rolls are gluten free and many of the salmon rolls/sashimi are. There were a few others but I can’t remember. The head chef knew what gluten free was when we asked, saying that there are many people now that are gluten free so they’ve learned how to accommodate.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

They were well-versed with gluten free eating and contamination risks, placed our minds at ease. They have gluten free soy sauce and even put some into a container for our takeout. The sushi was tasty but I found the rice mushy and one of my rolls saturated with sauce. Not a dealbreaker, I’ll definitely be eating there again because of the great customer service and maybe try other rolls!
