FYI for those with Celiac disease: a manger emailed me back to tell me that they do NOTHING to avoid cross-contamination. He was honest in telling me this. Said their space is too small to prepare things in a separate area, or use separate utensils. Sounds like a celiac nightmare. No thanks! I would probably try it if they put a bit more effort into cross-contamination precautions though.
