I’ve ordered their Pho on multiple occasions and it’s always delicious. You can specify gluten free and it’s made with rice noodles which are naturally gluten free and they confirmed the noodles are not cooked in water with non-gluten free noodles. I did also ask about their gluten free tempura vegetables and their gluten free fried calamari, and unfortunately those items ARE fried in a shared fryer with other gluten containing items so the gluten free fried items are not celiac safe.
