This cafe offers a cauliflower crust for their pizzas for those who need a Gluten free option. The manager is knowledgeable and very concerned regarding cross contamination. So much so that after we ordered for our two daughters who have Celiacs, he personally jumped on the line, trained his employees and prepped and made the pizzas himself. Everyone gladly changed their gloves, got out fresh ingredients, and lined the pizza crust in aluminum foil to prevent cross contamination. Neither of my daughters experienced a stomach ache afterwards and the pizza was very delicious.
