Pancakes made of buckwheat, on a dedicated pancake pan. In the same kitchen also normal pancakes are made. All savoury pancakes are made with buckwheat (cheeses etc wrapped delicious), all sweet pancakes are made with regular flour. But when you ask, sweet toppings can be added to your plain buckwheat pancake.
