Praticamente sembra di mangiare la vera pizza napoletana! Location pulita, personale qualificato e disponibile come i ragazzi italiani Carmine e Giuseppe, che ti fanno sentire come a casa. Disponibile e cordiale anche il titolare. Menù senza glutine vasto e sicura da contaminazione la preparazione che avviene in ambienti separati. La mia bambina di 7 anni è rimasta positivamente soddisfatta per la prelibatezza della pizza GF. Prezzi medio/alti. Consigliatissimo.
I’ve been eating at Kesté regularly since moving to NY a year ago. All I can say is: it’s a celiac’s dream. Truly incredible pizza and it’s never once made me sick. These people take cross contamination seriously. Best pizza I’ve had since I had to quit eating the “real” thing, and in fact, better than all but the best of those wheat-ful pizzas as well. A++++++
Maybe I’m biased having never tasted gluten crust, but the gluten-removed crust here was so thick and doughy that I could barely taste the toppings. It was rather like paying $25 for slightly cheesy bread. With other options in NYC and less risk for those who are unnerved by the “gluten removed” flour, I’d say skip it.
This place was amazing! The owner greeted us at the door and seated us. The wait staff was incredible. The food was delicious. My hubby and I shared a g-f pizza and it was mouth-watering and I only wish I had some more right now. Beautiful atmosphere and the owner came and talked to us about how g-f food is made separately in their kitchen and even brought extra bread out for us after showing us the bread mix packaging that he had to read aloud because it's straight from Italy! It is pricey, but so worth it for authentic, wonderful food!
