There are not many GF bakeries near South OC that offers a variety of pastry/bread options so we thought we would try this shop.
**NOTE - if you are mandatory KETO, this may work for you, but if you’re celiac/GF, the taste and cost is a “no go”. Too many other gf. Treats that are way better. A lot has to do with their lack of sugar, and bitterness in most every dessert.
Based on this statement alone, here are our thoughts on these particular desserts for gluten intolerance:
- [ ] Snickers bar - bitter.- metal tasting
- [ ] Carrot cake - dry, flavorless
- [ ] Brownie - dull. Flourless choc cake superior over anything at this bakery
- [ ] Cinnamon roll - it was ok. At least had flavor.
- [ ] Blueberry crumb cake - blueberries good, but cake dry and flavorless.

Everything is is gluten free and low sugar! Staff was very friendly and informed me they are a certified gluten free kitchen!
They have a very large selection and had quite a bit left when we showed up late afternoon on a Sunday. They also make pizza rolls and personal size pizzas. They advised to call 30 mins ahead for the pizza order to ensure they have time to make it well for you.
