They have a rotating selection of bakery items that typically has 1-2 GF items. Had a LOVELY gluten free strawberry shortcake. You can make your sandwich or bagel gluten free, and I saw no issue with the safety. Love this business!

I got the ham egg and cheese on the gluten free bagel. You can basically make everything gluten free, they have bread and bagels and some sweets as well.

Had the avacado toast, which I haven't seen anywhere else. It was great and they always have a pastry option or two. I was lucky enough to enjoy the applesauce cake! Other options were also available and the service was outstanding!

The food isn’t cheap, and it’s the typical gf upcharge, but the sandwich was filled with stuff. The coffee was really good, too. Cute shop with local things and coffee related items, too.
