Wonderful service! Huge portions and gluten free and vegan options. GF Waffle made in the same waffle maker as regular waffles.

The waitress told me they have a separate GF toaster but NOT a separate griddle for pancakes, etc. So I had an omelet and toast and it was delicious.

If it wasn’t for the toothpick I would have been afraid the huge pancakes I got weren’t GF. They were and they were excellent and fluffy. I asked for strawberries and whip on the side and was surprised when they brought out fresh sliced strawberries not the syrupy goo you get at diners. They also have some GF cookies and baked goods. Eggs and bacon and stuff are also safe and standard. Bacon was a bit too salty for me. Tip: ask for hash browns crispy otherwise they come out as soggy shredded white greasy potatoes.

Wonderful breakfast location in the heart of Saint Paul. Wait staff were Celiac knowledgeable, and checked with the kitchen when they weren’t.

The Keys menu does offer some options for their meals to be gluten free accommodating. I had their GF Apple & walnut pancake and you would never know it was GF!

I wanted a specific omelet with wild rice in it and asked if it was gluten free but my server had no idea. They were busy so I didn’t want to be an additional stressor by asking her to go ask the kitchen. The server said they had gluten free bread and pancakes, and also went to mention the pancakes were very good. I took her word for it and got an omelette with a side of one pancake. I’m only gluten intolerant and so I can handle the shared kitchen utensils. I was quite disappointed in the pancake though. It was served 5 minutes before my omelet and the rest of my party’s food so was cold and dry by the time I ate it. The pancake was bland and crumbly. The omelette was good but over priced.

Server was very knowledgeable of Celiac. Had gluten free bread for my sandwich. Brought bagged chips. They even had GF rice crispy bar and a GF monster cookie. No GF menu, but the server I had was great.

I used to eat there a lot. Then I got Dx with Celiac. Went for pancake & I thought it was exactly like a regular pancake. Next time the pancake was obviously GF. My guess, the wait person didn't put in correct order or cook screwed up. Luckily I was still going through Gluten withdrawls & blamed everything on that back then 🙄

Gluten free pancakes are very good! Highly impressed with the staff as well.
I choose to be gluten free, but I think key's tries hard for those who do not do it by choice. They asked me if they could put my sandwich on the grill to be sure they did not cross contaminate.
I was glutened. So was my mom, waiter was not great either.

both times I ate anything gluten free I got sick, my hubby did to and he doesn't have celiacs. not sure what was going on but never eating there again.

GF pancakes are phenomenal. I have celiac and did not get sick
Very accommodating and certainly knew GF options and constraints (server even came to tell us the GF toast would be an extra minute because they use a separate grill).
Fast serviceTasty Pancakes friendly staff

Stopped mid afternoon. Serve breakfast all day and menu includes gf French toast and gf pancakes. Wait staff knew gf offered on menu but limited in knowledge of celiacs. Cook however must have known more and when food was served waitress mentioned gf French toast was made on a separate part of the griddle. Also offered gf monster cookies. No reaction from our celiac to French toast or cookies.

My go-to brunch spot! The GF pancakes are amazing, and options are clearly marked on the main menu! I go all the time and have never been glutened - would definitely recommend!

The waitress did not know what Celiac was and was not sure how some things were cooked. In order to get something I could eat they charged me extra for a salad with my bun less burger. I will not be going there again.

I've eaten at Keys for years, once I found out they had a lot of gf options for breakfast. The pancakes are equally as generously enormous as the wheat kind and fill or overhang the plates, fluffy and great tasting. GF bread is available for sandwiches and toast HOWEVER, it is more than disappointing that they use a SHARED TOASTER (the rotating wire coveyor kind) which for very sensitive people is quite risky. Over the years my sensitivity has declined with strict adherence, so a very minor glutening isnt near what it used to be, so I have had their toast on and off and have been lucky so far to have had no issues. But consumer beware!! ALSO, this Keys location clearly has not trained their kitchen staff on the gfree toast because unless I specifically ask for it to come out "dry" half the time it comes out with butter already on it, which is done by a common use melted butter container and a brush!!! So I say, the heck with toast, go for the pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream, or blueberries mixed in... they're to die for! Omlets are consistently good too!
I usually get a gluten-free sandwich or gluten-free pancakes here.
