First experience was good, dedicated fryer, food was tasty, they do get the gluten free celiac disease thing, went back again a week later me and my girl both got sick, not from gluten tho, she doesn't have celiac or gluten issues, the only thing we both ate was the gluten free tots appetizers, we figure they probably haven't changed the oil in the fryer enough, was greasy. We are still sick a day later, we will never return

Yes they have a lot of options that are “nearly gf” but the quality isn’t really there.

They offer a "low gluten" menu and have gluten free rolls. I'm gluten intolerant, not celiac, so I don't have a problem eating here and enjoy it.

Keystone is a go to place of mine. They’re gluten free buns are awesome and they even have gluten free rolls for cheesesteaks. Their fries are made separately. Good bar food at very reasonable prices.

The Keystone Pub in Bethlehem does not have a dedicated fryer. The waiter didn't even know what I was talking about. Made me nervous to try anything. The gf menu is titled "low gluten menu." The cheesesteak had no taste and the gf bun fell apart completely. A big disappointment.

This place is horrible. I ordered what I thought was gluten free food, well it definitely was not. I was so sick from the burger I ate. my brother ordered wings and they were all undercooked. This place sucks all around.

Soooo glad we found Keystone Pub to have a GF menu! Imagine eating cheese fries and a steak sandwich again! Absolutely fabulous! Not cheap, but anyone who is GF knows how that goes. I absolutely recommend this to anyone GF!

I was assured by a visit from the owner, after I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie on a gluten free roll that IT is safe for celiacs! french fries from a gluten free fryer too! the chicken soup was delicious and the spinach artichoke dip was served with celery instead of possible cross contaminated corn chips. It was a treat to pick up a steak sandwich! Not use a knife and fork! We also enjoy the keystone pub in Bethlehem because of the gluten free friendly options!
