Everything is labeled clearly and if you have any further questions, the staff is wonderful about getting an answer for you. They cooked the food in the back so there was little risk of cross contamination there, my only concern was the buffet part you do first as my husband has some allergies and this means hoping no one moved spoons around or mixed things up. Overall it was a wonderful and delicious experience!

Symptomatic Celiac

I have eaten here many times without issue. I do a regular bowl - typically with shrimp and chicken. There are plenty of veggies to add. The sauces are clearly labeled with what is GF. They will also cook separately in back so there is no cross contamination.
