This place was great. I am highly sensitive and had no reaction. The server had someone come talk to me about the process of cooking and checking everything. I had the pad thai chicken. They did let me know that the pans they use are not dedicated GF but are sanitized between everything they cook since meals are made to order. I felt comfortable as long as they were deep cleaned. They did let the kitchen staff know of the allergy and made sure to wash hands before prep. I had no reaction and the food was delicious! Will definitely be back:)
