Gluten-free soy sauce available but not very aware of glutenfree. It depends on the waiter. One told me the sushi was not gf, another waiter told me it was gf. Ate menu 3 with different kind of sushi. The allergies are listed on the menu but use your own logica also because not all of them is right.
