I am sorry to read about someone else's bad experience here, but I have Celiac and have never had problems (there IS risk of cross contamination). The service is excellent. On my last dine in occasion (2019) the owner actually came out as soon as our table had been given a gluten containing injera by mistake to fix it and apologise—this was before we'd even had a chance to look at it. That's the only time a mistake has been made there.

I love all of their options I have tried (udually get a 3-5 combo plate to share) and the juice is delicious. I've moved out of Boise and I miss this place; the Ethiopian places where I am now don't do GF!
