Owner is knowledgeable and also gluten-free… Feel very safe eating here with dedicated friars and knowledgeable staff. This was my first fried chicken in 23 years and it did not disappoint! Also, enjoyed the fries and wings! Can’t say enough good things about some fast easy delicious safe food here!
