These are two wonderful people trying to enrich the health and environmental awareness of their community. When I was diagnosed with celiacs I thought me being able to eat out was over due to risk of cross-contamination, but then I discovered Kickshaws and this place has become my second home and the owners have become family. Having this place allows me to feel normal. They take every measure to ensure they are providing quality products and meeting the individual needs of each customer-they are super knowledgeable about lots of autoimmune diseases and health issues. They research each item they select to bring into their location. You will not find better food or better people. So go have a safe scrumptious meal and support a wonderful local business!!

100% GF restaurant which is nice, however food was quite a disappointment. Bread was dry and crumbly, prices were high and the baked goods-yuck! The cupcake was stale and microwaved to try and soften, and the owner- which I went out of my way to talk to- couldn’t even smile and had no personality. Not at all what I was hoping for!! 😞

100% gluten-free restaurant, which was a great find while travelling. It features some staples like pizza, hamburgers and pulled pork. It also has a shop that sells GF food.

Very disappointed. Could have made better gluten free food in my own kitchen... it's not worth the trip or the money. Got a sandwich and a cupcake. The sandwich was ok and the cupcake was stale and tasted awful. Also the owner is not very friendly.

The bbq was tasty but the baked goods were awful - rolls flat and gooey, cake icing so sweet children wouldn't eat it - presumably to cover up the cake itself which used way too much sugar and therefore was a chewy lump of nastiness. In this day and age it is almost impossible to not find better recipes and have a better turnout of baked goods even one's own home. I was extremely disappointed.

Fully gluten free. Even our daughter with celiac was fine. Great savory and sweet toppings for their waffles. Really nice selection of options. Kombucha on tap. Grass-fed burgers. We split on the waffles. Some of us really liked them; others wished they were a little crispier. We left nothing on our plates though. Very friendly and open about ingredients. They didn't even have potato flour or potato starch in the waffles which was important for one of us.

YAY! I finally found a great lunch stop in Down Town Fredericksburg that COMPLETELY understands what it means to need a gf menu! The wraps are great, and their sweet potato chips are out of this world! I even got a free taste of their Black Raspberry Kombucha, which I LOVED! I can't wait for your kitchen to open! I will definitely be a regular!
