I ordered online through Door Dash, but specified in the instructions for each of my orders that I had a gluten allergy and to please use gluten free soy sauce if available. They actually called after I placed the order to double check everything and then went over the sauces and packaging when I picked up. I ordered the California roll, Dragon roll, Rainbow roll, and Steak Hibachi. They were able to give me gluten free soy sauce for all my sushi on the side, withhold the eel sauce on the dragon roll, and make my steak hibachi with gf soy sauce. They gave me white rice instead of fried. Everything was handled and packaged separately. They seem like they went to great lengths to make sure everything was okay for me and the food was delicious!! I did not get sick from the meal and I'm very impressed!
