The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We talked to 3 servers and they all answered questions about GF options. They have tamari which is kept in separate and you just have to ask for it. They can make tempura gluten free batter if requested but they use the same fryer so it is not safe if you are very sensitive. We did not get the tempura because of this. The sushi and sashimi was amazing and I did not have a reaction! I had the California roll and the dynamite roll. We also shared the edamame. Highly recommend a visit!

It doesn’t say on the menu but GF is their default. We spoke to the owner/mgr who explained that we can request GF soy sauce and if we specify GF they will take the proper precautions to wipe down, change gloves etc. We didn’t know until recently that we could order tempura, gyoza etc and it would be GF. So exciting. We’ve been here several times and never had a problem. Really great food, friendly staff.
