My group of friends chose to eat here so I called ahead and spoke with staff about their allergen precautions. She said communicating your needs to the waitstaff will allow them to flag the order for allergies and take precautions to avoid cross contamination. I did this and ordered the Killington Salad. If you like goat cheese, dried cherries, and candied pecans, I recommend it! Tasted great and I felt fine later and the next day.
They have some food items that are gluten-free, not a lot but enough for me to have a good meal. I had a barbecue glaze salmon with the risotto and asparagus. It was wonderful and did not make me sick. The food is prepared by a chef so everything was fresh and wonderful, we will be back
Gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu, and staff is eager to help and double check items to be sure.
Got sick from supposed GF dish (chicken). Manager said "Ok, I'll take off bill but we don't cross contaminate. " I threw up in middle if restaurant. Eat and be wary.
Just spoke with manager who said we didn't need to worry about cross contamination even though the wings are deep fried in the same fryer as breaded food. He said gluten falls to bottom and is cooked off. Beware. We ran out of there!!
Very pleased with Killingtons while on vacation. The food tasted great, and had no problems with CC.
