Hotel bar has lots of gf options on menu and bar staff and manager were helpful in navigating questions about cross contamination. They said the shoestring fries were ok to eat tonight because the oil was fresh and unused (delish). BUT you must make your allergy known because although the lamb chops were marked as gf on menu they are only gf WITHOUT marinade, which comes as standard despite gf mark next to item on menu. Kinda fancy place so staff were very smart and helpful, left me confident overall after speaking to staff.
