Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Many things on the menu are either gluten free or can be modified to be gluten free. The wait staff made a note to the kitchen staff to take extra precautions. They also have a dedicated fryer and use gluten free gochujang! Kim’s is not cheap but an incredible GF option for Asian food.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

The food is amaaaazing! We had wings, fries, kimchi, kabocha squash, rice cakes and cheese (like Mac and cheese), spam fried rice, and a poached pear with whipped tofu. It was sooo incredible, all of it.

The rice cakes and cheese can be made without bread crumbs. The owner brought it out and made sure we knew it was bread crumb free.

The workers brought out some gluten things my husband ordered and made it very clear that I could not eat them (I appreciated that clarity!!).

The lychee martini is really yummy.

They did a great job. It was especially impressive considering they opened five days ago.
