The server understood what gluten free meant when we asked, and it was clear they had experience - they gave different options when choosing what to eat, and explained clearly our options.

Then they:

Confirmed down stairs when we ordered Confirmed when the server explained to the cooking staff that the dishes needed to be gluten free Confirmed when delivering the food to the table

What did we order? We ordered pad Thai with shrimps (very good!) and sit fried pork and ginger with rice (good, but not quite as good as the pad Thai)

Pad Thai was 185 baht, pork was 125 baht.

This place became our go to when traveling in Bangkok! The woman who ran the restaurant recognized us by the end of our stay, and was very familiar and accommodating of gluten free. A good amount of variety and open at great time to accommodate touring around.

Had to wait for a seat for 15 mins outside (only about 30 spaces) but well worth it!

No GF markings on menu but lady we ordered off was very knowledgeable - asked what we wanted and then for each item would explain yes/no or if could be done without.

Best pad Thai in Bangkok!

No specific menu but the hostess knew how to help and advised on what was possible. I had simple rice and omelette but they had gluten free sauces in the self service area (written on the label)

The lady who met us was aware of gluten, and suggested to cook especially for us - e.g. chicken breast with rice, wiith only salt and pepper, without any sauce. It was simple but delicious :)
