Asked waiter about gluten free options and he shared lots of the menu was gluten free. When I asked questions about cross contamination he shared that fewer items were celiac safe. After talking thorough decided chicken curry would be a safe choice. Waiter explained to chef dietary restriction and he prepared a fresh batch safe from cross contamination. Meal was flavorful and delicious. No reaction. Would eat there again, but would ask questions and request waiter explain to chef to ensure meal was safe.
