Love this place! Everything we have tried has been delicious. Everything is gluten free- it’s one of the few places I feel safe eating.

I stumbled upon this cafe and found they had a heavy gluten free menu. Some meals are very tasty. It is a little quiet place, so if your introvert like me this is the perfect place for you!

Oh my goodness, we just happened upon this place during a day trip to ikea and it was the best thing to happen! The food is amazing, everything is gluten free and the staff is highly conscious of allergy requirements, definitely coming back!

I got to try this place today on the way home from Niagara Falls. I got the nachos and WOW they were amazing!!! I could not believe how tasty they were! I definitely would go back next time I am in Canada!

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They had their own allergies so could easily relate. They took their time and answered all my questions. They are fully gluten free and vegan. Their food was soooo delicious. I had the goddess bowl and my Aunt had a smoothie and a tomato bean protein soup. We loved both. I would highly recommend going here. No worries about cross- contamination.

Was so thrilled that everything was gluten free! I am not as used to vegan but they were very helpful with explanations and recommendations. We had the Caesar salad with gluten free croutons and the sweet potato , quinoa burger on a good gluten free bun. They had GF beer too. Delicious!

My very favorite GF spot in the Hamilton area! 100% gluten free, which makes me feel at ease knowing I can order anything and that the dining room itself is also safe (it makes me uneasy in places that serve gluten, even if they have a separate gluten free kitchen, thinking of how many tables, condiment bottles, etc had gluten hands on them). The nachos are SO GOOD. I’ve also had and loved the sweet potato quinoa burger. Don’t miss this restaurant!
