Hey so we came on a Saturday around 5 pm, thinking we would beat any crowd after a long day at the convention center.

Unfortunately, after 30 min of waiting, our order was not taken simply because this place is too busy and I think prioritizes take-out (we saw at least 4 other takeout orders get taken care of in that time). Only 2 people working there we think. We left in search of other gluten free food so unfortunately cannot comment on the safety.

Hopefully this was just an unusual experience and/or they add staffing.

Great Thai food in a comfortable atmosphere. Almost everything can be made gf. I have been here multiple times with no problems. The server even starts by asking about food allergies!
