Not the best poke I’ve ever had but was a decent stand in. The spicy proteins are only mixed with mayo and sriracha so they are safe.
The sauces are the only things with GF markers- a shrimp sauce (more yum yum type) and a wasabi aioli- both were decent.
The only things to really avoid seemed to be the onion and garlic crispies at the end

Wonderful with only using separate spoons, ate here many times and never have been sick. The staff is knowledgeable about what contains. Usually get rice bowl with salmon and tuna.
