Went for dinner. No gf info on the menu but I asked about options and the server was really knowledgeable. I had a burger with a GREAT gluten free bun - fluffy, soft, didn’t fall apart - and a side salad with no croutons. The sever offered to add a gluten allergy alert for the kitchen without me even asking. Food was great, didn’t get sick. Cute outdoor seating too.

I went here with some friends. I asked if they had a gluten-free menu after reading the reviews on here. They don't have a gluten-free menu, but the server was very knowledgeable and let me know what options they had. Nachos, salads, and burgers. They do offer gluten-free buns which were very good. Light, and fluffy, not dense like other gluten-free buns. I had their classic burger, with a Cesar salad no croutons. Both were very good. They also have cider which is gluten-free free, and they make their own root beer and cream soda. Good experience, I felt fine afterwards, the food was good. Just a limited menu.

Last night we went to the brewing company for dinner. I have learned if I tell people I have a gluten allergy they seem to totally understand. Tonight the waiter was fantastic. He went over the menu and made suggestions. I ended up having a brisket burger with bacon and no bun. They do offer gf buns but I choose to not have one. It was delicious when paired with their in house cider.

KBC makes 2 of their own ciders. I really enjoyed the Jack Strong cider. They also had a West Avenue blueberry cider as a guest tap. I had the most incredible, smoked, fall off the bone ribs EVER. They are smoked inhouse daily. The potato salad was awesome too. And the portion size was large. I will drive 3 hrs from home for their cider and ribs!!
