At the front I asked for gluten free soya sauce, and they did have some. The host took that as his cue and let us know there may be an extra charge to make certain things like shrimp gluten free, however most of the menu they could adapt for me. (Just not tempura) The server was very knowledgeable about what could be adapted, and all food was announced as gluten free when brought to our table.

I ordered delivery and had to talk to three different staff members to get answers about GF options and protocols, but eventually was satisfied that the food I was ordering would be GF.
