Small selection of food, in a great informal setting in the market. Only 3 tables but we booked on the day for an early dinner and had no problem. Staff were great explaining the menu for us.

Kint is a totally gluten free restaurant located inside a typical Spanish food market in the center of Madrid. Kint's Chef Marco Bozzolini prepares a cuisine d'auteur with fresh products from the market, mixing Italian, French and Spanish techniques, emphasizing the quality of the basic ingredients. Most of the the plates are also lactose free in order to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy their creations and the market experience. There is also a take-away service.
