I've eaten here several times and have never gotten sick. I tend to be extremely sensitive to cross contamination. I do wish they marked what needed to be modified on the menu, and marked the non sushi items so it was easier to order. They let me know whenever something is being altered to meet my needs and it always comes with GF soy sauce
