They were very helpful. Had a book that listed all the ingredients of each Flavor. If cross contamination is a problem they will get your ice cream from a new bucket & get a clean scoop.

They have changed ice cream brands did not inform us that they did. When I asked her why the cotton candy ice cream look different she said "Oh it's because of the food coloring but that is the only change!"... but when I went back up to the counter and looked on the side of the carton I seen that it was a different brand from what they use from the last time which was Maola..and now is Mayfield. This brand's cotton candy does have gluten in it and I got very very sick ...The staff was good about East Cooper before it was used she pulled out a brand new one and washed it. Make sure you check out all Mayfield ice cream before you eat here to see which flavors contain gluten.
