Amazing the chef is so accommodating. I asked for the full english and explained that i was gluten and dairy intolerant. No fuss or questions they just went ahead and made me a delicious alternative as nothing there is frozen or pre-made. The chef know the ingredients for everything in his kitchen and just whipped up an amazing sautéed potato alternative to the hash browns as they had milk in the recipe. Highly recommend.
