So they do not have a gluten free menu posted, but staff was very helpful answering my questions on which items had gluten. Both the bowls, handrolls and wraps are safe as well as fresh fish and naturally gluten free ingredients. I would not go much further than that. I did order a tuna bowl and it was absolutely delicious. I have celiac disease and did not get sick.
