This is a great little place. The owner is very knowledgeable and understands Celiac Disease. She shares her knowledge of cross contamination with her staff. Everyone is always so kind and the artwork is pretty cool too!

I had an egg & bacon breakfast sandwich on a GF English muffin, toasted in a dedicated GF toaster. It was yummy. The atmosphere is fun, with lots of whimsical 3-D art. Eat-in available. While no separate GF menu, lots of choices for GF. Staff very friendly. Would recommend, especially since it seems to be the only GF breakfast spot in the general area. (We are staying in East Burke.)

The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and able to make most of the menu items gf. They have a dedicated air fryer just for gf prep.

This diner is tucked in, in downtown Saint Johnsbury VT. They have amazing eggs Benedict on Glutino english muffins and all sandwiches can be made on gluten free bread, wraps and burger buns. I'm not sure about the Fryolater because my sensitivity is not too strong but the home fries were delicious! They also have some cookies and brownies (not house-made).

This is a cute little spot! Gluten free English muffins with separate toaster. Great gluten free baked goods.
