This place offers a wide variety of cooking classes. I tried the sushi roll class, figuring it would be easy to make substitutions for gf. You also write any food intolerances/allergies on the form when you register for the class. The chef knew about me right when I got there and she said everything was gluten free except for the soy sauce but she already had gf soy sauce so she gave me a special tray that she had marked gf. The class was a lot of fun and the food was really delicious. Every kitchen tool that we used felt very clean and sanitized. I talked to the chef and she said a lot of the classes could work for gf as well, just not the pasta or puff pastry classes because she doesn’t have accommodations for that. I had absolutely no issues, however, I understand that it is a shared kitchen with the tools/utensils being used for all types of food, so I get that some celiacs might not feel comfortable. I would definitely go back though!
